Key Areas of the Room Move section

Any active or waiting child on the system can be assigned to start or move in to any room on the system.
Assigning a child with a room move allows you to see future occupancy levels for the rooms in the setting.

Room Move Overview

On the room move section overview page you can see at a glance the children that have been assigned to move to a different room in the future.

Schedule a new room move

Scheduling a room move for a child is a simple process, just select the child from the drop down list and select which room they will move into an on what date.

On the room overview page on the system you can clearly see when a child is leaving a room and joining a room.
